Section 01
Service overview
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and DIGITN (legal business name: DIGITN), the operator of the digitn.tech website and the DIGITN platform.
These terms govern access to DIGITN and its public website, chat workspace, presentation builder, study tools, downloads, and related subscription features.
By creating an account, buying a paid plan, or using the service, you agree to use DIGITN lawfully and according to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Section 02
Accounts, subscriptions, and payments
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their sign-in credentials. Paid tiers are billed using the checkout method selected at purchase time.
DIGITN currently supports Stripe for international card payments and Konnect for supported Tunisian payments. Subscription access is activated after successful payment confirmation and may be suspended or downgraded if payment is reversed or fails.
- Paid plans increase usage capacity and project limits according to the current public pricing configuration; they do not transfer ownership of the software
- Customers must not attempt to bypass quotas, payment flows, or access restrictions
- Refund handling is governed by the published Refund Policy
Section 03
Acceptable use
You may use DIGITN to generate presentations, conduct research and drafting, and create study materials for lawful business, educational, and creative work.
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with platform stability, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or payment systems.
Section 04
Content, exports, and availability
Customers remain responsible for the content they submit and for reviewing generated output before publication or presentation. DIGITN provides tools that help create and refine output, but users remain accountable for final use.
DIGITN may update, improve, or maintain the service over time. We aim for stable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every circumstance.
Section 05
Termination and contact
DIGITN may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or operational risk. Customers may stop using the service at any time.
Questions about these terms can be sent to DIGITN at contact@digitn.tech.
