Payments are processed by external providers such as Stripe and Konnect. DIGITN does not store full card details in the application itself.

We retain customer information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Retention periods can vary by data type and legal requirement.

Users may contact DIGITN to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable, subject to legal, contractual, and operational constraints.
